i loved the location, it was superb. the views from my room were fine. i really enjoyed the breakfast, and the restaurant service was excellent. the team deserves a big thanks!
the gym could definitely use some newer equipment, some of the machines were a bit outdated.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options. Chef Sebal made personalized omelettes. The hotel arranged transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Mohammed at reception was professional and helpful from arrival. He even provided an upgrade. The room was larger than average with a sitting area.

Breakfast included both Turkish and continental options. The variety made for an excellent start to the day, and the breakfast room offered lovely water views as well. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

Negar, the receptionist, promptly addressed requests. The staff helped quickly after an incident in the street. Mr Oguz and Mr Gorkem were helpful too, assisting in several ways until departure. I really appreciated their kindness and attentiveness.

The suite had great views directly onto the Bosphorus. The room size accommodated two extra beds easily. Early check-in was available around midday, which helped a lot. Breakfast had a decent variety of options.

the location was convenient, as it was next to a pier that provided easy access to other parts of the city by boat.
the hotel seemed dated and not particularly well maintained.. i noticed a leak in the roof at one point, and this detracted from the overall experience. the hotel bar prices were also expensive.
